Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 4S Travels. By accessing and using our website and services, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all the services of 4S Travels, including visa support, passport services, driving licence assistance, and associated travel/documentation services.

By accessing our services, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or that you are accessing our services under the supervision of an adult legal guardian.

2. Our Services

We are an intermediary to help clients with documents, applications, and advice for visas, passports, and licences. 4S Travels is not an issuing authority, government agency, or embassy. Last approvals and decisions are entirely with the respective authorities (Embassy, RTO, Passport Office, etc.).

Processing times, approvals, and rejections are out of our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients should give true, complete, and correct information in all forms and documents. Any incorrect information can lead to rejection of applications.
  • Clients are required to ensure that they qualify for eligibility (i.e., visa requirements, driving license regulations, etc.).
  • Official government guidelines must be checked by clients prior to departure, as they may alter.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Services charges need to be paid in their entirety upon submission of the application.
  • Service charges cannot be refunded even if the application is delayed or refused by the authorities.
  • Any government fees, embassy fees, courier charges, or additional costs are the responsibility of the client.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an application has been submitted to us, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of 4S Travels and will exclude processing and administrative costs.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • 4S Travels is not responsible for visa/ passport/ licence refusals, postponements, losses, or damages due to government authorities or third parties.
  • We do not answer for missed flights, journey delays, or loss arising out of document-related issues.
  • Clients are strongly recommended to buy travel insurance against unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We only gather and hold client information for processing applications and offering services. We do not sell, share, or exploit personal data. Read more about our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

4S Travels may change or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Clients are requested to check this page often for updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City/State].
